All content, features, and technology on Utaglow are owned by Utaglow. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for service delivery and improvement.
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Utaglow is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the platform will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utaglow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
